RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service by phone at +62 882 1908 3258 or by email at email@example.com within three (3) business days of reception.
If you would like to return an item, orders will credited back to the original account. However, please note that:
- A restocking charge of 5% of the purchase price will be subtracted from your refund.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- You will be responsible for return Shipping and Handling charges.
- Returns must be received in original condition within 30 (thirty) days.
As furniture can be damaged during transit, please retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. Please also provide photographic evidence of damage due to transit. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the packing materials were worn during the outbound delivery.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special order furniture. All sales are final.
To make a return:
- Complete the Return Form from Maja support. Fill in the Return Authorization Number obtained from Customer Service.
- Prepay the delivery charges, insure each package and ship to the address included in the Return Form
Items in-stock normally ship within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow our return policy. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
